Strawberry and Tahini Buttermilk Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 500 g strawberries (hulled, halved)
  • 3 tbsp raw sugar
  • Koshar Salt (as required)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven upto 400°. Toss strawberries with pinch of salt and sugar on rimmed baking sheet. Wait, until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Roast, tossing halfway through until strawberries are soft. Than release their juices upto 25 mins. Let cool.
  2. Transfer three-quarters of strawberries to a blender. Than Add buttermilk, banana, tahini, and 1 cup ice; blend until smooth. Smash remaining strawberries to a jammy consistency.
  3. Divide strawberries and smoothies among glasses and top with sesame seeds.
