  • Preheat oven upto 400°. Toss strawberries with pinch of salt and sugar on rimmed baking sheet. Wait, until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Roast, tossing halfway through until strawberries are soft. Than release their juices upto 25 mins. Let cool.
  • Transfer three-quarters of strawberries to a blender. Than Add buttermilk, banana, tahini, and 1 cup ice; blend until smooth. Smash remaining strawberries to a jammy consistency.
  • Divide strawberries and smoothies among glasses and top with sesame seeds.
