Peri Peri Chicken Bites Recipe

Ingredients
  • 20 Green Chilies
  • Fresh bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise Heaped
  • 6 Cubes Keri Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Crush pepper sieved
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 Chicken Breast Small Pieces
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Peri Peri Souce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Soya Souce
  • 4 tbsp Flour Heaped
  • 3 tbsp Corn Flour Heaped
  • 1/4 Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • Chilled milk as required to make batter
Instructions
  1. For Batter: Mix all batter ingredients in a bowl.
  2. For Chicken: Marinate chicken with salt, garlic paste, paprika
  3. Add black pepper, peri peri sauce, lemon juice, soya sauce and vinegar.
  4. Then grill chicken breast in 2 tbsp oil.
  5. Give slit on green chilies and remove the seeds.
  6. Mix all the ingredients together including grilled chicken for filling in bowl.
  7. Fill 1 tsp into each green chili.
  8. Dip in prepared batter, roll twice in bread crumbs.
