Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 kg Red Tomatos
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Spice Ba
Instructions
  1. Wash the tomatoes, then coarsely chop and cook in a pan without water for 15 minutes.
  2. Then cool and mix and filter in cotton cloth. Now add this puree to the pan, along with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder 1 tsp, 200g sugar, vinegar 1 cup, salt 1 ½ tsp and spice bag
  3. let it cook until it become thick paste. When its done, then cool this paste.
  4. Fill it in clean and dry bottles . and use it at any time.
