Grapes Juice Recipe

  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 sprigs Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/3 tsp black salt
  1. Wash the grapes and mint thoroughly, and add all ingredients (other than the lemon drink) in the blender.
  2. After a smooth paste has been made, sieve with a juice strainer and fill one-third of the serving glasses with this syrup.
  3. Add some crushed ice and then pour some aerated lemon juice in the glass.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves, serve chilled.
