- Mix all ingredients in all purpose flour ..knead it well..rub some oil on top , cover and keep it in a warm place for atleast half an hour.
- Knead a little and make balls. Roll a roti and put sesame seed n Cilantro n roll a little . Turn roti and put water with fingers so that it will stick on Tawa
- Heat tawa and put wet portion on Tawa let it cook for a second then make ur tawa upside down and cook the other half of your roti on high flame.. apply butter mixed with garlic pieces chopped thinly and fresh Hara dhaniya in the end and serve hot.
