Chocolate Donut Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tsp Melted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Coffee
  • 1 tsp Vanila Essense
  • Glaze :
  • 1 cup Icing Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Hot water
  • 1/2 tsp Vanila Essense
  • Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
  1. Mix baking soda, flour, cocoa, and salt in bowl. In another bowl butter, coffee, whisk milk, sugar, egg and essence till smooth.
  2. Add your milk mixture to dry mixture and Fill each greased doughnut cup ¾ full. Bake at 180 C for 15 to 17 minutes or till donuts spring back.
  3. Let cool before removing from bowl. Dust with icing sugar. Dip the doughnuts in the glaze and then dip them in sprinkles and then donuts are ready to taste.
