Chicken Cheese Balls

Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg Chicken Mince
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Mozrella Cheese
  • 250 g Spring Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Soya Souce
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2 tsp Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Parsaley chopped
  • 4 tbsp Oil
Instructions
  1. First Mix shreded mozzarella cheese in chicken mince along with ginger paste, soya sauce, corn flour, salt, chopped parsley, chopped spring onions, red chili powder, minced garlic and oil.
  2. Shape the mixture into medium sized balls and dip in a beaten egg heat oil in a wok and deep fry until golden brown.
