  • First Mix shreded mozzarella cheese in chicken mince along with ginger paste, soya sauce, corn flour, salt, chopped parsley, chopped spring onions, red chili powder, minced garlic and oil.
  • Shape the mixture into medium sized balls and dip in a beaten egg heat oil in a wok and deep fry until golden brown.
