Ingredients
  • 1 Banana (very ripe peeled)
  • 2 Dates (pitted)
  • 1 cup Mango (frozen chunks)
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 cup blackberries or blueberries (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
Instructions
  1. Put banana, dates, mango, coconut water, blackberries, yogurt, and flaxseeds in a blender and blend until smooth.
