Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup kale (coarsely chopped Tuscan)
  • 1/2 cup avocado (ripe, pitted, peeled)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (frozen chunks)
  • 1/4 cup coconut meat (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp matcha (green tea powder)
  • 1 tbsp light agave nectar
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Using smoothie or ice crush setting, purée avocado, kale, pineapple, coconut meat, coconut water, lemon juice, matcha, agave, salt, and ½ cup ice in a blender until smooth.
