Ingredients
  • 1/2 ripe avocado (pitted, peeled)
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped Tuscan kale
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
  • 1/4 coconut meat (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 cup coconut water or iced green tea
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp matcha (green tea powder)
  • 1 tbsp light agave nectar
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Using smoothie or ice crush setting, purée avocado, kale, pineapple, salt, coconut meat, lemon juice, matcha, agave, coconut water and ½ cup ice in a blender until smooth.
