What is an Immune System?


Immune system is the part of our body which defends us against certain types of diseases which attack our body. The immune system is the disease resistant in our body. If our immune-system goes low we are not able to fight against any type of disease or virus. Our immune-system and the viruses which atack can be compared to an army of soldiers which are protecting their country from its enemy…similarly our immune-system protects our body and we have to maintain a healthy immune-system to stay vigorous ourselves .To maintain a well immunity-system here are some ways….


How to Maintain an Immunity System?


Vitamin-C is the one which makes up immunity-system, and also maintains it. When we are ill we start focusing on citrus fruits are they are full of vitamins, and vitamins help to boost our immune-system. Most of citrus fruits contain carbohydrate, Vitamin-C, fiber, potassium, flame, calcium, niacin, thiamin, Vitamin  B6, phosphorus, copper, magnesium, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, and phlytochemicals.
Here is some citrus fruits on which we focus while we are sick:
Grapefruit
Oranges
Lemons
Tangerines
Clementine
limes

Sunflower seeds are an element to improve immunity. They are full of nutrients and I high in vitamin-C.
Vitamin-C is also important for an immune-system; some examples are Avocado and dark leafy greens.
Here are some tips to boost immunity:

Vitamin-A
Protect our eyes from night blindness, and also reduce risk of Acne. Acne is an inflammatory disorder of skin. Vitamin –A also may prevent sorts of cancer. It also helps us in bone health. Vitamin-A has leas of advantages but taking too much of it can be as it is said that “Excess of everything is bad”


Vitamin-C
is an essential element needed in our body. This vitamin can lower risk of chronic diseases for example heart diseases. Vitamin-C can manage high blood pressure. It can also help in preventing iron deficiency in human body system. Broccoli, papaya, cauliflower, etc are examples of supplements high in Vitamin-C.


Vitamin –E
is considered as an antioxidant and it also protects are cells from damaging .We can also call Vitamin-E as fat-soluble. A fat-soluble is what the body stores and uses when needed. Vitamin-E is a treatment for variety of diseases in which high blood pressure, hardened arteries, cancer and heart diseases are included. Seeds, green leafy vegetables, nuts, etc are high in vitamin E.

Vitamin  B6


is a water-soluble which is needed by our body for certain types of functions. It is said that Vitamin-E may reduce some depression and help make you feel good. Vitamin-D
is important for growth and development .It can also help fight against diseases like heart diseases, flu, etc. It is said that Vitamin-D may reduce depression and help relax body. Vitamin-D is also known for supporting weight loss.


Zinc
